TELEWORK

Data and privacy

Current product scope

Telework stores account identity, company name, time zone, employee configurations, and change history to provide your workspace. Configuration reviews also store snapshots, tasks, execution attempts, and reports. Knowledge documents include content, self-reported sources, and version history. Phone, browser, and autonomous business execution are not connected yet.

Storage and access

Authentication and employee data use Supabase. The web application runs on Vercel, and background tasks run on Render. Access depends on workspace membership and employee assignments. Reviews use a fixed configuration snapshot. Configuration reviews do not send your input to models. When model assignments are enabled, submitting an assignment sends its request, employee configuration, and selected document versions to DeepSeek to generate a report. No phone provider is used.

Configuration and history

Configuration changes and knowledge edits retain earlier versions. Archiving retains content and history; it does not delete data. Do not include passwords, card details, access keys, or unrelated personal information in employee instructions or knowledge documents.

Future capabilities

Before new external tools become available, we will describe their data use, providers, and authorization requirements. A local browser does not mean all processing occurs locally. Data retention periods, deletion, and support processes must be established before broader customer business execution.

Existing accounts

Existing Telework accounts can still log in. Digital employee workspaces are initialized separately. Data and entitlements from earlier products do not automatically transfer.
